Welcome to Oxen Cab. By accessing our website or mobile application, you agree to follow the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Oxen Cab services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.
2. Use of Services
Oxen Cab offers transportation services including city rides, airport transfers, and outstation travel. You agree to use our services in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.
3. User Registration
Creating an account may be required to book a ride. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation through our platform. The fare displayed at the time of booking is considered final. Payments are processed via secure payment gateways. Cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation, the booking amount may not be refunded.
6. Vehicle Usage & Cleanliness
Customers must maintain cleanliness and use the vehicle responsibly. Carrying items or engaging in activities that may damage the vehicle interior or exterior is strictly prohibited. Any damages or excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the customer.
7. Vehicle Substitution
In case of unforeseen circumstances, Oxen Cab may provide a replacement vehicle of a similar category, subject to availability. Replacement within city limits will be prioritized. The company’s decision regarding vehicle replacement will be final.
8. Fuel, Tolls & Parking Charges
Fuel costs for chauffeur-driven rides are included in the package unless stated otherwise. Parking fees, toll charges, and interstate taxes are to be borne by the customer. Additional hours or extra kilometers will attract extra charges.
9. Additional Terms
- Night charges may apply as per the applicable tariff.
- GST and other applicable government taxes will be charged according to current regulations.
- Interstate permits, tolls, and parking charges will be billed on actuals.
- Oxen Cab is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Customer support is available through our website contact section.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Indian Arbitration Act.
- Specific bookings may be subject to additional conditions.
10. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must comply with all safety guidelines and driver instructions. Oxen Cab reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of applicable laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
Oxen Cab shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays, accidents, or loss of personal property.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
